Customer Terms of Service

 By registering on the Ubuntu  Online Urban Farmers Market, (“Online Market”) website (https://ubuntufarmersmarket.com/) (the “website”)), you, the “Customer”, agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully. 

Customer orders are due Sunday, 11:59 PM. After an order is made, the Customer receives an order confirmation. Orders can be placed between Wednesday 5 PM and Sunday 11:59 PM. 

• Orders are finalized after the Customer submits and pays. 
• To add items, Customers will need to create a new order.
• Please contact  jodi@ubuntufarmersmarket.com  prior to Sunday at 11:59 PM to modify an existing order. 
• Please note: meat products are priced by the package and not by the pound. When purchasing a package, the weight will be within the range listed in the item’s description.

Pickup is Wednesday, 4-7 PM unless otherwise notified by Ubuntu Online Farmers Market staff. 

• The pickup site is located at in the rear of 225 N. Monroe Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43203. Park near the gate facing south on Talmadge Avenue.
• The Customer is responsible to stay up to date on changes to pick up procedures through the website and email communications from Klamath Grown staff.
• If the Customer is unable to pick up their order, please contact 614.579.8448 before pickup closes (Wednesday, 7 PM) to arrange alternative pickup time. A $5 service fee will be charged to the customer account in the event of alternative pickup. Otherwise, alternative pickup times will not be arranged and the orders will not be refunded.

The Online Market currently accepts the following forms of payment:

• Credit Card: Chosen as payment method at checkout and charged once order is submitted. 
• All customers will be charged an additional $1.95 Pick-Up Fee at checkout. 
• Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your Online Market account until paid in full. 
• Returned checks will result in an additional $25 service fee.
• The Customer shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Ubuntu Online Farmers Market and its members, affiliates, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from and against, and reimburse Ubuntu Online Farmers Market with respect to any claim, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including interest and attorney's fees incurred by Ubuntu Online Farmers Market. by reasons arising out of or in connection with any misuse or mishandling of the product. 

•   Orders can not be canceled after the close of the order period. Please contact jodi@ubuntufarmersmarket.com to cancel an order before the end of the order period. 
• If the Customer is unsatisfied with the products received, please contact Ubuntu Online Farmers Market

• By signing up as an Online Market customer, you will automatically be added to Ubuntu Online Farmers Market email list to receive promotional newsletters.

The Customer shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Ubuntu Online Farmers Market and its members, affiliates, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from and against, and reimburse Ubuntu Online Farmers Market with respect to any claim, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including interest and attorney's fees incurred by Ubuntu Online Farmers Market by reasons arising out of or in connection with any misuse or mishandling of the product. 

Ubuntu Online Farmers Market reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including the revocation of Customer’s membership should the Customer fail to adhere by the terms and conditions herein. Ubuntu Online Farmers Market also reserves the right to alter this Terms of Service agreement without warning, at any time.
